# What James Ofori is working on now

## Hisab

**Sawt is finished.** Sawt is Hisab's voice companion. People can talk to it in their own Arabic dialect, it answers in the same dialect, and it can read a bank statement back to them out loud.

**The first Hisab Circle cohort starts in November.** It is a free 12-week peer group for 20 people in the UAE who are paying off debt. They meet in small groups and use nicknames, so nobody has to share their real finances.

## DrivingInstructor.ae

I am turning DrivingInstructor.ae from a place to find an instructor into a platform that helps people through their whole first year on the road, including insurance, car rental and renewals. I am also making every page easy for AI assistants to read, not only Google.

## Dawurobo

Version 2.5 of the Dawurobo X app is in the stores. We are now rebuilding the operations board so that dispatching orders works just as well on a phone as it does on a desk.

## Verinvo

At Verinvo I am improving the Arabic and English experience. That includes bilingual invoices, Arabic visual tests for every public page and a smoother onboarding experience.

## Outside of work

I am learning Arabic.
